Terms and conditions of Ballina Holiday Home

We appreciate your business, but as always there are some reasonable terms and conditions which must be adhered to.

• Sorry - No pets allowed
• Full amount due at booking time
• Booking-in time - Saturdays 3.30 pm
• Booking-out time - Saturdays 10 am
• All breakages must be paid for before booking out.
• Although we aspire to the highest standards of safety
  and comfort, no responsibility will be accepted for damage
  to personal items or injuries recieved to persons whilst on the premises howsoever caused.
• Cancellations are accepted up to 60 days prior to booking-in day. However there will be a 5% administration cost and this will be deducted from the amount refunded.
